Hi!
I’m Jasmine, founder and “the Queen” of Monarch Event Design. With a history in healthcare, I’ve always found myself drawn to the “opposite” of the nitty-gritty world of nursing. I was the nurse who longed for gel nails, and had a closet full of monochromatic scrubs because “Snoopy and Rudolph” didn’t fit my personal aesthetic. I was always the girl who had my hair and makeup done for every shift (and always received an eye-roll or two for it). When I’m not in scrubs, I’m often in dresses. I love the worlds of fashion and design…
But most importantly, I LOVE pretty things and pretty spaces.
When the opportunity arose to acquire a local wedding décor business, I knew I’d found my niche.
As such, Monarch Event Design was born. Between shifts, in my living room amidst my young family and my French bulldog Charlie, I strived to create and curate not only an opportunity for brides, moms, graduates, retirees and anyone else who may have something to celebrate, but an experience. I want my customers to experience the joy of planning. I aim to work alongside you to create beautiful spaces that will allow you to create beautiful memories. Each package includes a complimentary discovery call where I aim to get to know you, find out what your vibe is, and work to establish a space you will be excited to create memories in.
I hope in navigating this website you are able to create a vision for your space and experience the “butterflies” that come with planning something, whether that something is big or small.
